Ryan is a partner with NAI Commercial Real Estate in Edmonton. He is currently ranked nationally as one of NAI's top advisors in Canada. Having executed in excess of $100 Million dollars worth of Commercial Real Estate sales transactions and over 1.5 Million square feet of lease transactions Ryan has developed a firm understanding of asset evaluation and an aptitude to discern building design, functionality, and practicality for long term use. Having completed his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from the University of Alberta, his eye for detail and great understanding of the numbers associated with any acquisition and disposition decisions makes him an asset in the procurement process.
Ryan has obtained his SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). SIOR is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.
