Duties and responsibilities

  • Targeted prospecting
  • Property searches
  • Property tours
  • Personal business development and organization
  • Participation in networking groups
  • Work in collaboration with lawyers, accountants, appraisers, engineers and environmental specialists in finalizing deals
  • Basic admin support for file completions

Qualifications

  • Real Estate license or completion within three months of employment commencing
  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Prior sales or marketing experience is an asset
